The purported suspension of Uche Ogar by the Abia State Chapter of the PDP is null and void and has no bearing whatsoever on the judgment of Justice O. Abang.
The PDP as a party has not learnt lessons from history.
A political party cannot suspend its member (a victorious litigant) in an attempt to render the judgment of the court nugatory.
Who is advising them? Are they oblivious of the decision of the Supreme Court in the case of Ararume v. INEC & 2 Ors. (2007) 9 NWLR (Pt. 1038) pg 127?
