The four pupils, Abu, Emmanuel Okonkwo, Jeremiah Ruth, Isaac Adebisi, Vice Principal, Junior School, AO Oyesola and English teacher, Lukman Oyerinde, who were abducted last Thursday at the Lagos State Model College, Igbonla in Epe have been released by the kidnappers around 10:30pm, Tuesday night.
According to The Nation, details of their release could not be ascertained as at the time they released this report. The kidnappers initially demanded N120 million for the release of the abducted people but then reduced it to N3.5m on Sunday.
The father of one of the abducted pupils, Mr. Oluwafemi Adebisi, confirmed that his son was back home and in good health.
