A reptile strolling around a hostel at the University of Lagos, Akoka was chased and killed by some students before it disappeared.
Students of the University of Lagos were on the verge of cooking a monitor lizard which was killed at the back of Jaja Hostel at the tertiary institution.
Nigerians have in recent times staged a massive clampdown on reptiles with snakes and monitor lizards feeling the heat.
