Update: Police arrest man who stabbed 16-year-old girl because she rejected him

The man who allegedly stabbed 16-year-old Alero Eyesan after she refused his advances has been arrested by Delta state police.

According to reports online, the suspect identified as 'Osama' was caught this

morning and  immediately transfered to Police Headquarters in Asaba, Delta where he is being detained.

Alero Eyesan passed away on January10th, few days after she was stabbed by the suspect. 

Osama reportedly laid ambush on her on the night of December 31 and stabbed her on the thigh. She was immediately rushed to central hospital where the doctors prescribed items to be bought for her treatment , but she unfortunately gave up the ghost days later.
