Newly engaged couple Justin Bieber andHailey Baldwin were visibly upset as they rode bikes around Manhattan's West Side  in New York on Tuesday.

During the

outing, the 24-year-old Canadian pop singer appeared to be weeping, while his 21-year-old model girlfriend comforted him.

At one point, the couple then sat down on a low stone wall to talk about the issue, before Justin suppressed his emotions as his fiancee wrapped a comforting arm around him.
