Rivers bye-election: Man escapes death as stray bullet pierces through his bedroom wall

The bye-election for Poet Harcourt Constituency 3 in the Rivers State House of Assembly, was marred by heavy gunshots, thuggery and snatching of electoral materials. 

 

Thugs had unleashed mayhem,  beating innocent persons many of whom were critically injured.
