In the stead to advance the spirit of entrepreneurship in Nigeria, Sigma Pensions Limited have been running a nationwide tour tagged “Ready, Set, Boss” for the past month. To bring the second edition of the highly
acclaimed future tour to an end, the tour progressed from Lagos state to make its final stop at the Federal University of Technology Owerri on the 13th of August, 2018.
The Sigma Heroes (Sigma Pensions staff) and the CEO of Rage Media Global; Mr George Omoraro were present at the university to enlighten the students as well as guests about pensions while also collating, assessing and awarding the most viable business ideas.

The special guest, Mr George Omoraro spoke to the students on four major tenets to being a successful entrepreneur. He spoke on Time management, money management, building the right network and integrity. He strongly believes that building the right network is extremely important in every business venture and should be a sacrosanct aspect for all businesses.

Subsequent to all the enlightening sessions, the students and guests engaged in a couple of fun activities such as dancing competitions, rap battles as well as a raffle draw where they won really exciting prizes alongside the highly coveted Sigma goody bag after which the Sigma Heroes and the guest speaker assessed several business ideas out of which semi-finalists with incredible business ideas emerged. The semi-finalists were asked to present their ideas to the audience to determine the authenticity of their business ideas and how they intend to go about it. After a thorough assessment, three finalists were selected and Mr. Chibunna Ogbonna was crowned the overall winner and was awarded a cash prize of ?250,000 for the most viable business idea. He has the idea to create something phenomenal in Nigeria by recycling plastic to curb waste pollution.

The Sigma Future Tour has officially ended but will definitely come back next year for another amazing nationwide tour.
