Naked man lies down in the middle of Lagos road, causes traffic (photos)

An unindentified naked man lying in the middle of the road, at Apongbon, Lagos Island in Lagos is currently causing traffic.

The man who is suspected to be mentally unstable reportedly stripped completely naked and lay down in the center of the road, thereby obstructing traffic as motorists had to take a detour to avoid crushing him.
