In another message, the girl discussed taking the “fall” for the killings for Struss.
The 13-year-old girl was charged with two counts of first-degree murder and accessory after the fact.
Struss pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in June. He was charged with two counts each of first-degree murder, second-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit second-degree murder and the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony crime of violence.
What do you think should be Ann Anastasi's punishment?
