Enugu guy intentionally breaks traffic law just so he can meet hot FRSC officer (photos)

Nigerian Twitter user Ifeanyi @Battletide was driving when he spotted a hot FRSC officer and intentionally made a phone call so she'll arrest him.

She made him pay a fine, took pictures wth him and Ifeanyi gushed that it was all worth it!
