The young man was spotted at at the same location where the first victim was seen, New Market Road, Onitsha. He was wearing an army shirt, his wheelchair decorated with Biafra flags.s to blogger Somto Okoye and adds that maybe this new man also wants the fortunes that came to the first guy who wore an army camou, got brutalized but gainfully compensated with over N500,000.
