LASTMA official pictured struggling with driver of a moving vehicle

An official of  Lagos State Transport Management Authority (LASTMA) was pictured struggling with the driver of a moving bus for committing
a traffic offence in Lagos this morning.

According to the twitter user who shared the photo, the incident happened in Fadeyi after the official stopped the bus in the middle of the road, and caused so much traffic all because they passed the BRT lane.
