Police nab physically disabled man attacking people with broken down vehicles in Lagos

Operatives of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) of the Lagos State Police Command have arrested a man terrorizing motorists in Lagos. The man (pictured) attacks people with broken down vehicles at night and two full teams were deployed to arrest him after he stabbed two passengers recently. More photos after the cut.
