Lateysha Grace found fame on UK Big Brother and her penchant for cosmetic surgery has kept her in the news. The 24yr old recently underwent her fourth Brazilian butt lift.
She was spotted having fun in the Ibiza sunshine where she gave beachgoers an eyeful in a swimsuit which didn't do much to hide her surgically enhanced curves.
