The Governor of Ondo state, Rotimi Akeredolu has secured the release of six students kidnapped from Igbonla College in Epe area of Lagos state.
According to reports, due to the personal intervention of Governor Akeredolu, the six students who were kidnapped some two months ago by persons suspected to be Niger Delta militants have been rescued alive and are now in Ondo state territory.
The details of their release aren’t really known, but from the little gathered, the kids were released in Ajakpa Community in Ese Odo Local Government Area of Ondo State.
