Lol! Special assistant to Ebonyi State governor allegedly organizes drinking competition as contribution to talent development in the state

According to twitter user @ikechuqwu, a senior special adviser to Ebonyi State governor, Chief Odefa, allegedly organized a drinking competition as part of his contribution to talent development in the state.

If this is indeed true, then we have a major fundamental problem.
