Lagos Phone Thief tattoos names women he slept with all over his body

The Rapid Response Squad (RRS) has nabbed a phone thief in the Oshodi area of Lagos. Names of different women he allegedly had sexual intercourse with were tattooed all over his body. He refused to tell if there was a reason behind his decision.
