Ichida town celebrates Iwa-ji festival 2018 in ground style . ( Photos/video).

 

 The Ichida community in Anaocha Local government Area of Anambra State celebrated this year’s "Iwa ji festival", on August 25 2018. 

Speaking during the festival,HRM IGWE CHARLES N. EZEUDOGU (KSS, Igwe Ohazulunye Obi II of Ichida) , said in his welcome address that Iwa ji festival was synonymous with the celebration of the new yam harvest ,He said that despite the harsh economic condition in Nigerian, God had been too merciful to His people this season in human resource. He prayed in the spirit of Iwa ji for peace to prevail in Ichida community, Anambra State and Nigeria at large.He thank God for successful harvest this yesr 2018 and asked God for more blessed fruitful harvest in the future ..
