On October 5, 2018, His Royal Highness, king Sibia Sukubo A.K.D Offo XIII the Amayanabo of Offoinama Community with his Council of Chiefs all the way from Kula Kingdom of Akuku-Toru Local Government Area of River State, paid a Courtesy call on the President of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) - Amb. Sukubo SaraIgbe Sukubo at his Office in Abuja, (Nigerian Youth House).
The visit is to Congratulate the President on his emergence as the number one Youth citizen of the Federal Republic of Nigeria which held recently.
The Royal Father and his Council of Chiefs commended the President, who is a Son of Kula, for his commitment to Youth Development in Nigeria, recalling his Youthful days in Kula as the Community Youth Leader, then NYCN State Chairman and now National President.
His Royal Highness, also uses the medium to pray for the President, asking God Almighty to bless him with wisdom and knowledge to enable him achieve remarkably in his tenure, while also praying for God protection and guidance.
The visit is first of it's kind in the history of the National Youth Council, where a seating President of the Council is being accorded such honour from his immediate Community Leadership.
